SUMMARY:
Lead-based paint abatement study. Continues the Joint Subcommittee Studying the Abatement of Lead-based Paint pursuant to SJR 245 of 1993. The Joint Subcommittee is requested to complete the examination of issues related to lead-based paint abatement and the prevention of lead poisoning, and due to the scope of the problem, to monitor the implementation of any certification program for lead abatement contractors which may be approved during the 1994 Session.
