SUMMARY:
Constitutional amendment; Governor's terms of office (first resolution). Permits the Governor to succeed himself in office. The amendment allows two terms (either in succession or not in succession) but prohibits election to a third term. The prohibition against successive terms remains in effect for the Governor elected in 1993.
