SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; license taxes and permit fees. Establishes fees for (i) keg registration permits at $50 annually and (ii) permits for the storage of lawfully acquired alcoholic beverages not under customs bond or internal revenue bond in warehouses located in the Commonwealth at $200 annually.
