SUMMARY:
Destruction of court records. Authorizes the clerk to destroy affidavits for unexecuted search warrants and unexecuted warrants themselves after three years, provided they have no historical or legal value and they have been microfilmed. Other records in criminal cases must be retained for 10 years if a misdemeanor, or the longer of the sentence imposed or 20 years in the case of a felony.
