SB 608 Child support.

SUMMARY:
Child support enforcement. Provides that determination of paternity of a child made by any other state shall be given full faith and credit in Virginia whether the determination was established administratively or judicially. The bill also mandates that a hearing for determination of putative fatherhood proceed in the absence of the putative father. This provision is currently permissive.
