SUMMARY:

Housing; VHDA; capital reserve funds. Authorizes VHDA to issue, subsequent to July 1, 1994, notes and bonds in an aggregate principal amount of $300 million secured by its capital reserve funds. This bill is a recommendation of the Housing Study Commission.
