SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; excluding executive sedan drivers from coverage. Excludes executive sedan drivers from coverage under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act if the Workers' Compensation Commission is furnished evidence that such individual is excluded from taxation under the Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA). Currently, taxicab drivers can be excluded from coverage if exempt from FUTA taxation.
