SUMMARY:

Uniform Statewide Building Code; installation of water conservation devices. Repeals the provision which required the Board of Housing and Community Development to promulgate standards for the installation of water conservation devices in construction. BOCA has adopted standards for installation of water conservation devices as part of its model building code. The Board of Housing and Community Development has adopted these BOCA standards into the Uniform Statewide Building Code, effective April 1, 1994, therefore eliminating the need for § 36-99.10.
