Housing; State Building Code Technical Review Board. Adds appeals from decisions under the Virginia Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law and the Virginia Certification Standards adopted by the Board of Housing and Community Development to the list of appeals the Review Board hears. The bill has an effective date of April 1, 1994.
