SUMMARY:

Administrative Process Act; economic impact analysis required. Requires the Department of Planning and Budget (DPB) to based on information provided to DPB by the agency, conduct an economic impact analysis of any proposed regulation relating to costs and benefits to those effected by the regulation. The analysis would be conducted before any proposed regulation could be printed in the Register for comment, and would be printed in the Register along with the proposed regulation. The response of the agency proposing to promulgate the regulation also would be published.
