SUMMARY:
Earned-income credit. Allows a refundable earned-income credit for individuals in the amount of 10 percent of the basic federal earned-income credit. If reenacted by the 1995 Session of the General Assembly, the credit will be available for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 1995.
