SUMMARY:

Pollbooks and registered voter lists. Provides for a second or a divisible precinct registered voter list to be used as the pollbook and record of voters voting at elections held on and after July 1, 1995. The State Board of Elections is directed to provide appropriate instructions for election officials to conduct elections using the precinct registered voter lists and for officers of elections to record the names of persons voting on the lists and to indicate the order in which persons have voted.
