SUMMARY:

Separate maintenance. Provides that provisions authorizing pendente lite support, specifiying the factors to be considered when awarding support and modification of an order for support and the effect of a stipulation or agreement of the parties, apply to suits for separate maintenance as well, whether in the juvenile or circuit courts.
