SUMMARY:

Savings institutions; customer information. Authorizes savings institutions to furnish the names, addresses and telephone numbers of their customers, if such customers provide written authorization, to affiliates of the institution or to entities having a contractual relationship with the institution, for purposes of furnishing financial services to such institution's customers.
