SUMMARY:

Cooperative Extension Service. Modernizes the law relating to the cooperative extension service by consolidating statutes relating to the extension and agricultural services of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, placing appropriate references in Virginia State University's establishing laws, appropriately noting the unified nature of the services provided by the two institutions, and transferring the statutes to the proper chapters in Title 23 (higher education).
