SUMMARY:
Child protective services. Provides that reports that an employee of a local department of social services is suspected of abusing or neglecting a child should be reported on the Department of Social Services' toll free hotline and referred by the Department to another local department for investigation. Currently, reports of alleged abuse by local department employees are to be reported to the juvenile and domestic relations district court.
