SUMMARY:
Mediation of child support. Clarifies application of certain provisions of the alternative dispute resolution act to disputes in which child support is in issue. The child support guideline computations and any reasons for dividation therefrom must be incorporated into any written agreement between the parties. If the parties' agreement is incorporated into the court's order, the worksheet and any stated reasons for deviating from the guidelines must also be incorporated and attached to the order.
