SUMMARY:

Nonprescription drug sales and use tax exemption. Delays the effective date for the nonprescription drug sales and use tax exemption and the neighborhood assistance tax credit until July 1, 1996 and the low-income housing tax credit. The revenue generated by this action will be dedicated to the educational opportunities initiative.
