SUMMARY:

Property and conveyances; notice of foreclosure. Adds any condominium unit owners' association, any property owners' association, and any proprietary lessees' association (cooperative), which have filed a lien, to the list of persons to whom the trustee or a secured party must send notice of the foreclosure. The bill also provides that such additional notice is required only if the lien is recorded 30 days or more prior to the proposed sale.
