SUMMARY:

Victim compensation. Requires the hearing, records, papers, etc., relating to a juvenile victim or claimant before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission to be confidential but clarifies that otherwise confidential juvenile records may be made available to the Commission to the extent needed to determine a claim.
