SUMMARY:

State Corporation Commission; prohibited conflicts of interests; unit investment trusts. Amends provisions in Title 12.1 governing permitted investments by members and employees of the State Corporation Commission. The amendment expands permitted investment by Commission members and its employees to include securities issued by a unit investment trust or management company (mutual fund).
