SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; disclosure of certain information. Adds financial reports or records required pursuant to § 4.1-114 for mixed beverage licensees to the list of information which may not be disclosed by the ABC Board or its employees. Section 4.1-114 requires an annual review of mixed-beverage restaurant licensees and caterer's licensees to determine if the licensee has met the food-beverage ratio. The bill provides that information required to be held confidential pursuant to this section may be released to any governmental or law-enforcement agency.
