SB 2 Judicial Retirement System.

SUMMARY:

Judicial Retirement System. Reduces the weighted years of service factor in the Judicial Retirement System from 3.5 to one to 2.5 to one. Only new judges elected to an original term commencing on or after January 1, 1995, will be subject to the formula change.
