SB 160 Relocation of courthouses.

SUMMARY:

Relocation of county courthouses. Authorizes, in the case of a joint court system between James City County and the City of Williamsburg and York County and the City of Poquoson (each described by population), the relocation of the courthouse anywhere within the two jurisdictions without approval of the electorate when the governing bodies by concurrent resolutions state that the existing courthouse is inadequate and fixing the present courthouse is not feasible.
