SUMMARY:
Juvenile victims and witnesses. Grants juvenile victims the right to have an adult individual of their own choosing present at judicial proceedings. The individual's presence may be in addition to the juvenile's parent or guardian, but the individual remains subject to the general rules for excluding persons to be called as witnesses (§ 19.2-165).
