SUMMARY:

Banking and finance; information filed by directors; oaths. Provides directors of banks and state associations with an extra 30 days to file required financial statements and biographical information with the State Corporation Commission. The bill also reduces from 60 to 30 days the time after election or reelection that such directors have to take and subscribe to oaths. Under the bill, corresponding language is added to statutes regulating trust companies and state savings banks.
