SUMMARY:

Banking and finance; State Corporation Commission fees; financial institutions special fund. Designates a special fund -- the "Financial Institutions Special Fund - State Corporation Commission" -- as the repository of all funds collected under the provisions of Title 6.1. The funds are to be used solely for defraying regulatory costs incurred in connection with the SCC's administration of this title.
