SUMMARY:

Safe Drinking Water Act. Memorializes Congress to (i) ensure that safe drinking water regulations promulgated by the EPA in compliance with the 1986 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act be both necessary and cost effective and (ii) consider favorably HR 3392 in its deliberations on the re-authorization of the Act.
