SUMMARY:

A. L. Philpott Southside Economic Development Commission. Continues the A. L. Philpott Southside Economic Development Commission for one additional year to monitor the implementation of its recommendations and to serve as a resource for the Southside Virginia Business and Education Commission, the Southside Virginia Marketing Council, and the Southside Virginia Development Authority. Initially created in 1990, the Commission shall submit any additional findings and recommendations to the Governor and the 1995 Session of the General Assembly.
