SUMMARY:
Persons with disabilities. Memorializes Congress to reauthorize Part H of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act so that Virginia can continue to receive federal grant funds for its early intervention programs. Virginia has participated in the federal grant program since 1987 and federal funding has allowed Virginia to make considerable expansions and improvements in its infant programs.
