SUMMARY:

Specialized juvenile justice training. Requests the Commonwealth's Training and Services Council, the Public Defenders Commission, the Court Appointed Special Advocate Advisory Committee and the Department of Youth and Family Services to develop and deliver training to appropriate staff which will better enable them to comply with the new requirements enacted under the serious offender bill.
