SUMMARY:
Persons with disabilities. Continues the Joint Subcommittee Studying Early Intervention Services for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities so that it can monitor the implementation of recommendations that it has made regarding the Part H federal grant program. Virginia began full implementation of the program in September of 1993.
