SUMMARY:

BPOL tax study. Requests that the Department of Taxation develop a model ordinance and a uniform system of classification for use by local governments which impose the BPOL tax. The results of this project shall be included in the final report of the Joint Subcommittee Studying the BPOL Tax (HJR 526-1993).
