FDA approved drugs by veterinarians in the treatment of animals. Memorializes members of Virginia's Congressional delegation to support pending legislation which would permit the use of drugs approved by the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) beyond their labeled description in the treatment of animals and to provide the necessary authority to the FDA to regulate their use.
