SUMMARY:

Benchmarking. Requests the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study certain benchmarks for future government actions. Benchmarking is the practice of comparing an organization's performance with that of other similarly situated organizations, thereby placing a priority on obtaining positive results through the best possible practices.
