SUMMARY:

Regional low emission vehicle (LEV) program. Expresses the sense of the Assembly in opposition to EPA's imposition of a region-wide low emission vehicle program for the entire northeastern United States, and requests the Department of Environmental Quality to examine other emission reduction programs for Northern Virginia.
