1994 SESSION
HB 969 School crime lines.
Introduced by: Frank W. Wagner | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
School crime lines. Requires, by July 1, 1994, that the Board of Education promulgate regulations, rather than guidelines, for the establishment of school crime lines by local school boards. Currently, the Board is required to establish guidelines in accordance with the Administrative Process Act, which would have the effect of regulations. The amended law was approved in 1993 as a school violence containment measure.
