SUMMARY:

Indoor Clean Air Act. Adds the definition of a recreational facility, i.e., any enclosed indoor area used by the general public and used as a stadium, arena, bingo hall, bowling alley, skating rink, video game facility, pool hall, or senior citizen recreational facility, to the Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act. This bill also requires the proprietor of such recreational facility to designate reasonable no-smoking areas, considering the nature of the use and size of the building.
