SUMMARY:
Aid to Families with Dependent Children. Provides that there will be a reduction in Aid to Families with Dependent Children benefits if children do not receive immunizations. Parents will be notified of the requirement and benefits cannot be reduced until the reason for failing to comply has been identified and any barriers to accessing immunizations have been removed. The benefit reduction is $50 per month for the first child and $25 per month for each additional child.
