SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; occupational disease presumption; firefighters. Makes eligible for the occupational disease presumption in § 65.2-402 firefighters who are employed by or contract with private employers to perform firefighting services. Firefighters employed by local governments are currently eligible for this presumption.
