Motor vehicle insurance; physical damage arbitration between insurers. Requires insurers to arbitrate and settle all disputed claims made for automobile physical damage in accordance with the terms of the Nationwide Intercompany Arbitration Agreement, unless the insurers mutually agree to use another forum.
