SUMMARY:
Custody and visitation. Prohibits the granting of visitation or custody rights to any person (i) convicted of rape or incest where the child was conceived as the result of the rape or incest and (ii) whose parental rights have been involuntarily terminated if the child has subsequently been adopted.
