SUMMARY:
Qualifications of pharmacists. Requires the Board of Pharmacy to admit to examination a graduate of a foreign college of pharmacy, if the graduate has satisfactorily completed a college of pharmacy equivalency examination program approved by the Board of Pharmacy and has satisfactorily completed communications ability tests and experience requirements approved by the Board of Pharmacy. This bill has a delayed effective date (July 1, 1995).
