SUMMARY:

Norfolk-Virginia Beach Toll Road. Eliminates tolls for use of Virginia Route 44 (the Norfolk-Virginia Beach Toll Road) as of January 1, 1995; provides for payoff of bonds and use of any surplus for Virginia Route 44's improvements and maintenance. This bill is the same as House Bill 230 (Wagner).
