1994 SESSION
HB 799 Professions and occupations; contractor's licenses.
Introduced by: John Watkins | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Professions and occupations; contractor's licenses. Tightens a provision in the law relating to contractors which deems lack of actual knowledge of the contractor licensing requirements excusable. The bill provides that such excusable lack of knowledge provision does not apply to any person who was previously licensed by the Board for Contractors, the theory being that since they were once licensed, they have actual knowledge of the licensing requirements.
