SUMMARY:
Immunity from civil liability. Provides, in the absence of gross negligence or willful misconduct, immunity from civil liability for officers, directors or employees of clinics that are organized in whole or in part to deliver health care services without charge to ill or injured persons, for acts and omissions related to providing the free health care services.
