Parole eligibility for sex offenders. Includes in the list of crimes, conviction of which precludes parole eligibility until 2/3 of the sentence is served, the crimes of attempted rape, attempted forcible sodomy, and attempted object sexual penetration ( all Class 4 felonies); incest; taking indecent liberties with a minor; and crimes against nature.
