SUMMARY:

Insurance; underwriters. Prohibits the incorporated members of a group of insurance underwriters from engaging in any business other than underwriting as a member of the group and subjects them to the same level of solvency regulation and control by the group's domiciliary regulator as the unincorporated members of the group.
