SUMMARY:
Vacation of plat after sale of lot. Permits the use of the methods presently authorized for vacation to be used to vacate certain roads in the secondary system of highways when a rezoning or special exception application has been approved, and the vacation is necessary to implement a proffered condition that has been accepted or, in case of a special exception, to implement a condition of approval. The bill validates vacations of secondary highways made prior to 7/1/94 and protects property rights that vested subsequent to the vacation.
