SUMMARY:

Membership in certain regional education consortia. Revises the membership of the Blue Ridge Education and Training Council by removing Bland and Wythe Counties, and also revises the membership of the Southwest Virginia Public Education Consortium by adding Bland, Carroll, Grayson, and Wythe Counties and the City of Galax. The Southwest Virginia Public Education Consortium serves rural school divisions sharing similar problems and characteristics by formulating cooperative solutions to address rural educational needs.
